Welcome to Blox-Predictor (the "Service"). By accessing or using our website, tools, Discord bot, or support channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Scope of Service & Disclaimers

Blox-Predictor provides game result estimations ("predictions") for entertainment and educational purposes.

  • No Affiliation: Blox-Predictor is an independent project. It is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Stake, Stake.com, Discord, or any of their subsidiaries, partners, or affiliates.
  • Estimations Only: All prediction grids, tiles, percentages, and outputs generated by the Service are estimations and do not guarantee wins, accuracy, or financial profits.
  • Financial & Virtual Asset Loss: You acknowledge that playing games on third-party platforms involves risk. You assume full responsibility for any loss of virtual currency, virtual assets, or real-world money. Blox-Predictor, its developers, and affiliates are not liable for any losses incurred under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility & Registration

You must meet the age requirements for third-party platforms in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

To access prediction services, you are required to register an account and verify ownership of your associated third-party accounts as part of our authentication process.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, access tokens, and account information confidential. Do not share your credentials with anyone.

3. Subscription Tiers & Payment Terms

Blox-Predictor offers several service tiers:

  • Free Tier: Access to basic predictor tools with standard limits.
  • Pro / Max Tiers: Access to premium predictor tools, advanced features, and higher limits.

Subscription purchases are conducted via our official channels. All payments, transactions, and contributions are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for any unused subscription periods or service interruptions.

4. User Responsibilities & Third-Party Platforms

You assume all risks associated with your use of third-party platforms. Blox-Predictor is not responsible for any actions taken against your accounts by third-party platforms, including but not limited to bans, suspensions, or restrictions.

You are responsible for any wagers, actions, or transactions performed on third-party platforms, regardless of whether they were influenced by the Service.

5. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

  • Bypass, disable, or exploit rate limiters, security measures, or tier restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract the source code, API endpoints, or configurations of the Service.
  • Share your authentication tokens, proxies, or access keys with other users.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful activity.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

7. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your account or restrict your access if we detect violations of these Terms or suspicious activity.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the website or predictor tools following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
